(minus the nuts because no one in my family likes nuts!) As you know, I don't cook or bake but I have been making this bread ever since I was a girl with my nana. And modestly I will admit it is awesome. lol We don't do any other quick breads here so I guess banana bread is our favourite.

Now, don't go telling anyone I can cook... wouldn't want to ruin my well earned rep! :)Tracynoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2910901195415494293.post-43728464795707323692009-11-30T16:34:15.875-07:002009-11-30T16:34:15.875-07:00Love Banana Nut Bread! I also use butter and milk instead of oil. It's a fabulous dessert bread. I love cream cheese on quick breads. Nicole & I are the only ones who will eat that in the house. Rick's so picky. It's a very moist bread.
RaeAnonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2910901195415494293.post-90017114709959920862009-11-28T11:20:33.958-07:002009-11-28T11:20:33.958-07:00Mmmm,I love quick breads too, though I don't ma...Mmmm,I love quick breads too, though I don't make them often. I only make banana bread when the bananas don't get eaten fast enough. My sister gave me a big container of plain yogurt, which is gross on it's own,so I was scrambling to find recipes that I could use it in. I found a "no pudge" brownie mix, and pumpkin bread recipe. So,we've been eating those. Getting tired of the brownies,I guess it's time for another pumpkin bread!

LeanneAnonymousnoreply@blogger.com
