Below is a video from You Tube called The GI Joe's Christmas. My daughter Nichelle made this movie over Christmas break with the help of her two little brothers, Nathan & Neil. The boys helped write the script and did all the speaking parts. There's even a bloopers section at the end. Look for our cats Belle & Kitty there. I hope you have fun watching it!
Rena, that was great!! I loved it. Tell the boys they did a wonderful job. I really laughed at many parts of their film, especially the bloopers. Thank you for sharing that with us!

LOL at Barbie's hair! You've got some very creative kids! They really got a lot of expression in there, and it's very well made.
ReplyDeleteMy son Isaac drove me nuts and wouldn't do his math until this was done loading,he really wanted to see it. We thought it was very cute and funny,I especially liked the part when the jeep crashed.Your boys are very animated and expressive!

OMG - I just tuned in and watched the movie and now will be giggling the rest of the day. Thanks for sharing with us Rena. Your kids are definitely very creative and full of themselves. Keep encouraging them and who knows you may have the next Scorsasee on your hands (only name I could think of as a director - lol)
ReplyDeleteGood job boys - E :)
I'll watch out for them at the Oscars in a few years! Well done!
ReplyDeleteOh Rena! That is just so cool! You're boys have talent. I absolutely LOVE the bloopers, particularly the one of them in the jeep and the cat walking by.
ReplyDeletePrecious!
Thanks for all of your comments! Nichelle and the boys worked really hard on this. If you'd like to hear how this went for Nichelle, you can check out her blog here --

Kelly -- Nichelle said she made the film using Adobe Premier Elements. She's really good at things like this, as well as PhotoShop. Not me. I can make flyers and design pages, but when it comes to anything technical, I go hollering for Nichelle! :)
Very creative story...I loved the "Something About Mary" look that Kitty gave Barbie...grin..
ReplyDeleteWow.
ReplyDeleteSo, so wrong.
Yet so right.
Is it bad that I lol'd when the G.I. Joes nonchalantly ran over the monster-dude/zombie/faceless guy like nothing happened?
